Job Description
MRI Technologist
A respected healthcare organization in Bergen County, NJ is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment in accordance with established guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to support quality patient care
Must Have:
• Active New Jersey License
• ARRT Certification
• MRI Certification
• Current BLS Certification
• Previous MRI Technologist experience
Nice to Have:
• Acute Care Hospital experience
• Experience working with a high-volume imaging department
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Experience with multiple MRI platforms and advanced imaging procedures
Compensation:
$75 - $80 per hour
Assignment Length:
13 Weeks
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
No weekends
No holidays
