3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to equipment issues quickly
• Experience operating or working around equipment such as forklifts or lifts
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Background working in food production or regulated manufacturing environments
• Exposure to systems such as refrigeration, boilers, compressors, HVAC, or water treatment

Job Description

We are looking to bring on a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support critical production operations at our Alma facility. This role is key to keeping equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment.

We’re looking for someone who is mechanically strong, proactive in troubleshooting, and comfortable owning issues from diagnosis through resolution.

Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (weekends required)
