Director of Surgical Services | Permanent | Various Locations

We are seeking experienced Director of Surgical Services leaders to join leading acute care hospitals across multiple U.S. locations. This is an excellent opportunity for Surgical Services Directors, Perioperative Directors, OR Directors, and strong Surgical Services Managers ready to advance their careers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage perioperative teams and surgical services operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve surgical service delivery.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for surgical departments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and staff development programs.

Required Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred.
• Current RN license.
• 3+ years of Surgical Services experience in an acute care hospital.
• Recent leadership experience as a Director or strong Surgical Services/OR Manager.
• Proven experience leading perioperative teams and operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to 17.5%

Salary:

• San Jose, CA: $184,683 – $276,848
• Loxahatchee, FL: $130,353 – $180,520
• Houston, TX: $116,251 – $164,366
• Lone Tree, CO: $117,832 – $180,377 (+ $20,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
