JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Lead to support their customer in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This person will be responsible for leading workstreams from planning through implementation and sustainment. They will also develop change management strategy plans based on projects and business priorities, they will conduct analysis and change impact assessments and partner with project leadership teams to align on objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
7+ years of experience leading change management programs for enterprise level initiatives and transformation programs. Experience developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments and adoption measurement plans.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter
