Key Responsibilities (Production & Packaging Work)

• Cut and empty bags of raw material
• Package finished products and shrink wrap pallets
• Operate forklifts and stack pallets safely
• Monitor production and notify supervisors of issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties as needed

Work Environment

• Exposure to dry dairy products and airborne particles
• Loud industrial environment with moving machinery and vibration
• Fast-paced production setting

Schedule Details

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred
• Ability to use a computerized touch screen
• Comfortable operating hand tools (including hand blade)
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently
• Capable of bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for 10-12 hours
• Ability to climb stairs and perform repetitive tasks
• High school diploma or GED required
