We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our team, working primarily in the agriculture industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of specialist products, including treadmill and exercise equipment parts. The role requires a commitment to overtime, with the potential for 50-60 hours weekly during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Perform Mig welding tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Work with stainless steel and various production materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Mig welding.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Experience working with stainless steel and in a production environment.
- Experience in fabrication is an asset.

Work Environment
The position is based in a manufacturing environment with shift hours from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime is available on Fridays and Saturdays, requiring flexibility to work six days a week during peak periods. Typically, the schedule reverts to a four-day workweek during normal operations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
