Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position located in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area.
The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day commercial construction project operations while ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate project activities and workflows
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Manage project quality and safety requirements
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors
Lead project teams and maintain effective communication
Resolve project issues and support successful project execution
Manage project documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations
Qualifications
Experience with Expediting and project coordination
Strong Project Management experience
Inspection experience
Logistics Management skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead and manage project teams
Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
Knowledge of construction safety regulations
PMP or CCM Certification preferred
