What You'll Be Doing
You'll partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, coach and develop the BOH team, drive food quality and execution, and help create a kitchen culture where people enjoy coming to work.
This is a highly visible leadership role where your impact will be felt every day.
We're Looking For
- Current Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or Culinary Manager
- Experience in scratch kitchens, upscale casual, polished casual, steakhouse, or chef-driven concepts
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- High standards for food quality and execution
- Passion for developing people and building strong teams
- Desire to grow your culinary career with a respected organization
