Blue Chip Group's Beverage Division is seeking an organized, analytical, and customer-focused Account Support Specialist to support key customer accounts within our contract manufacturing business.

This role offers hands-on exposure to customer relationship management, manufacturing operations, supply chain coordination, pricing analysis, and business reporting. The position is designed for an early-career professional looking to grow into a future Account Manager role while working directly with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

What You'll Do

  • Support assigned customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.
  • Assist with pricing, quote preparation, margin tracking, and account reporting.
  • Monitor orders, inventory levels, forecasts, and production schedules.
  • Support new product launches and customer commercialization projects.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze account activity and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of customer programs.
  • Help resolve customer concerns regarding production schedules, inventory, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
  • Utilize digital tools and emerging technologies, including AI-supported business applications, to improve efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, inside sales, supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or manufacturing support preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • Data Reconciliation
    • Reporting & Dashboards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
