Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for two available positions with for 1st and 2nd shifts. This role involves troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing plant machinery, equipment, and physical structures. Candidates with a strong electrical skills or training as an electrician are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Repair industrial equipment.
- Replace glands and seals in pumping equipment.
- Analyze equipment and machinery malfunctions, determine appropriate procedures, and perform repairs.
- Install and maintain machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance functions.
- Execute plant start-up and shut-down procedures.

- Industrial maintenance experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Five years of experience in industrial maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with 480/three-phase systems required.
- Experience with electrical systems preferred.
- Experience or training in the use, interpretation, and development of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.
- Installation and maintenance of electronic devices including flow meters, encoders, servo motors, sensors, and photo eyes.
- Proficiency in use and interpretation of architectural and mechanical prints and drawings.

Work Environment
This position is based in a very hot, non-climate-controlled industrial manufacturing facility. The shifts available are Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
