Special Education Teacher - Dublin, Ohio

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)
• Previous experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Comfort with high school caseload (24 students) or willingness to support middle school caseload (20 students)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Math intervention experience is highly desirable but not required

Primary Duties:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications to meet students’ needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and families
• Contribute to a positive, student-centered classroom environment
