Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid OT license from the appropriate state board
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with conducting screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and their development
- Knowledge of both direct and indirect therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including educators, families, and other providers
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and screenings in accordance with best school OT practices
- Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives in collaboration with educators and parents
- Provide both direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to individual students
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student participation and success in daily school activities
- Serve as a resource to the school community on student accommodations and adaptive strategies
- Engage in professional development and training to remain current in the field
