Client Service Associate| Multi Family Office | SF Bay Area

Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members on client service and operations
  • Lead onboarding, including account setup and documentation
  • Manage investment ops: private investments, subscriptions, redemptions, portfolio maintenance
  • Coordinate tax workflows with external providers
  • Process capital calls, wires, and time-sensitive transactions
  • Maintain KYC, compliance, and CRM accuracy
  • Support reporting, financial admin, and document management
  • Liaise with clients and advisors to ensure smooth execution
  • Improve processes and support tech-enabled workflows

  • 2-5+ years of experience in wealth management, supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients and complex financial relationships
  • Strong operational and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong communication and professional presence
  • Entrepreneurial, growth-minded, and team-oriented
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred); Addepar a plus
  • Strong Excel and technical proficiency
