Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid and current certification in MRI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists—ARRT (MR))
  • Active state license (or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania)
  • Minimum one year of recent MRI imaging experience in a hospital or clinical environment
  • Strong knowledge of MRI equipment, protocols, and safety procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality diagnostic MRI images in accordance with physician orders
  • Perform scans while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
  • Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and respond to questions or concerns
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate MRI equipment to ensure reliable results
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and the broader care team
  • Document imaging results accurately within hospital systems
