Job Title: Product Service Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a Product Support Associate to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for quality concerns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate resolution of issues while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for quality concerns.
- Create, process, and track Quality Assurance Inquiries from submission through resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to investigate and resolve product quality issues.
- Draft and deliver 8D reports based on failure analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credits.
- Assemble and route contract review documentation.
- Act as a resource for internal teams regarding quality-related inquiries.
- Support management with quality-related tasks and reporting.
Essential Skills
- 2 years of experience in a similar capacity (supporting quality, engineering, or product/customer service departments).
- Manufacturing experience.
- ERP system utilization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including email and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with drafting 8D reports.
- Experience with returns or credits.
- Comfortable working with technical information or manufacturing data.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes and multiple tasks.
- Great communication skills.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Work Environment
You will be part of a 15-person team, working Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The position requires onsite presence for the first full month, after which it transitions to a hybrid model with four days remote and one day in the office (typically Thursday). This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight service level agreements and no formal review or performance feedback process. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
