Fast paced Global Logistics Transportation company is looking to hire (5) Operations & Customer Service Support Rep's to support various divisions of the company working.

**Transportation/Logistics background PREFERRED

-Working hours will start at 6am or 7am. Mon-Fri with an occasional Saturday down the line

-Upon a conditional offer, background check will be administered.

***MUST HAVE: Transportation/Logistics background preferred

**Knowledge of transportation software McLeod and Samsara a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handling customer service inquiries and scheduling appointments
-Managing multiple websites and customer portals
-Tracking and tracing of shipments is needed in order to be successful in these roles
-Familiar with OTR truck transportation is a plus
-Responds to customers in a proactive manner via email and phone

SKILLS:
-Reliable and self motivated
-Good communication skills both written and verbal
-Organized and have the ability to solve problems
-Demonstrating excellent time management skills
-Effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment
-Maintaining strong attention to detail
-Transportation/Logistics background preferred
-Some mechanical knowledge is a plus
