Clinical - Medical Assistant

Overview

Join a well-established clinical setting in Ozark, Missouri, as a Medical Assistant and become an essential part of primary care services. This in-person role offers an opportunity to utilize your laboratory skills and experience with electronic medical records to provide quality patient care during a 21-day assignment.

Responsibilities

Perform clinical tasks and assist providers in a primary care and acute care environment.

Conduct laboratory procedures accurately and efficiently.

Manage patient interactions and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Use Electronic Health Record systems, specifically eClinicalWorks (eCW), for documentation and data entry.

Provide in-person coverage during scheduled days, maintaining a professional and compassionate approach to patient care.

Required Skills

Strong laboratory skills and familiarity with clinical testing procedures.

Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly eCW.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in an in-person clinical setting.

Additional Skills & Requirements

Medical Assistant certification or relevant training preferred.

Prior experience in primary or acute care clinics is ideal.

Availability to work during the scheduled dates from 06/29/2026 to 08/14/2026.

Schedule includes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with hours from 8 am to 5 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 8 am to 12 pm on Fridays.
