Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain one
- Previous pediatric or school-based therapy experience
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- Understanding of special education processes including IEP development
- Ability to manage both direct and indirect services efficiently
- Organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping students thrive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify students’ needs
- Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver both direct and indirect occupational therapy services, fostering students’ development in daily living, motor, sensory, and social-emotional skills
- Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with all regulations and school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom
- Utilize evidence-based practices and contribute to a positive and supportive school environment
