Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current School Psychologist certification or eligibility
- Familiarity with conducting psychological and academic assessments for K-12 students
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret results to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with state and federal guidelines
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students, individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support the learning and well-being of all students
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes
- Offer expertise and guidance in behavioral management and social-emotional development
- Maintain accurate records and prepare timely reports in compliance with district procedures
