We are looking for a Partner Support Coordinator II (Contractor) to support partner-submitted orders and ensure each request moves efficiently from intake through completion. This Long-term Contract position is based in Centennial, Colorado, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and delivers dependable service to both external partners and internal teams. The right candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Review incoming order requests from contracted selling partners and enter complete, accurate information into company systems.
• Track orders throughout the full lifecycle, following up on open items to help ensure timely resolution and completion.
• Serve as a key point of contact between authorized partners and internal departments to address questions, clarify details, and remove processing obstacles.
• Maintain a high standard of customer support by providing responsive, clear communication to partners and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities at once while staying focused on deadlines, service expectations, and data accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information in submitted orders and work with the appropriate parties to resolve issues quickly.
• Support administrative and office-based coordination tasks that contribute to smooth daily operations.
• Adapt to changing business needs, including schedule flexibility and updates to processes or tools when required.
