General Manager Full Service Dining Requirements:

• 2-4 years of recent General Manager experience in full-service dining
• Understand and manage restaurant financial reports with Director of Operations
• Uphold brand standards in all departments
• Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

General Manager Full Service Dining Responsibilities:

• Oversee the restaurant's operational, financial, and marketing projects and goals
• Hire, train, motivate, coach & develop the staff
• Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
• Orders, inventories, P&L, and cost management
