CT Technologist

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join the imaging team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital. In this role, you will perform CT imaging procedures utilizing ionizing radiation to assist in the diagnosis of various pathologies while ensuring exceptional patient care and image quality.

• Evenings (Weekdays Only)
• Nights (Weekdays Only)
• Nights (Weekends Only)
• Mixed Shifts (Weekends Only)

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary Range:
• • $27.42/hour minimum
  • $33.59/hour (5+ years of experience)
  • Up to $39.76/hour (10+ years of experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
• Shift Differentials:
• • Evenings: +$2.00/hour
  • Nights: +$3.00/hour
  • Weekends: +$5.00/hour
• On-Call: As needed
• Call Back Pay: 2-hour minimum at time-and-a-half

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Operate CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Process, organize, and archive images within the PACS system.
• Apply knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology required.
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience required.
• Knowledge of CT imaging concepts involving head, body, musculoskeletal, spine, and chest anatomy.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technician License required.
• ARRT Registered Radiographer required.
• Registered Computed Tomography Technologist certification required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
