Kelly is hiring a Sr. EH&S Delivery Specialist/ Instrument & Electrical Construction Oversight for a 12 - month Contract role with one of our prestigious clients based out in Carrollton, KY 41008.

Job Title: Sr. EH&S Delivery Specialist/Instrument & Electrical Construction Oversight
Location: Carrollton, KY 41008 (onsite role)
Schedule: 50 hours/week (5x10s) - Typical hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: 12+ month long term contract
Pay range: $55-68/hr. (Per diem for eligible candidates as well)

Job description:
  • Leads hub or site EH&S compliance and implementation of the safety management system in one of multiple fields including, for example, health and safety (H&S), environmental, air, water and industrial hygiene.
  • Maintains the license to operate for the site or hub.
  • Requires expanded conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities.

Responsibilities / Duties
  • Leads implementation of global EH&S management systems. Leads EH&S performance improvement of assigned plant(s), site, hub, and business.
  • Coordinates, implements, and optimizes EH&S programs and compliance programs across site/hub.
  • Participates in incident investigations and the corrective action process for EH&S issues and opportunities.
  • Performs central review of all EH&S related documents and submittals to ensure consistency and compliance goals are met.
  • Performs Requirements Management Work Process (RWMP) roles as needed.
  • Initiates and supports management of change (MOC) for EH&S programs and compliance matters, as necessary.
  • Acts as Agency Visit protocol owner and implementer.
  • Manages permits including submittal of permit applications for new and modified equipment, requests for permit changes, and submittal of permit renewal applications.
  • Coaches, trains, and mentors EH&S technicians.
  • Performs site or plant gap assessments around EH&S work process implementation.
  • Develops, reviews, monitors, creates and deliver training as appropriate.

MUST HAVE:
Instrument & Electrical construction experience
General construction background

Software:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to read P&IDs
Familiarity with digital drawing viewers (MicroStation / AutoCAD viewers)
SAP and CATS exposure preferred but can be taught

Driving Requirement: Yes – must be able to drive on site, Valid driver’s license required

OT: Occasional weekends and overtime possible

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum qualification: High school diploma
