Join a team producing critical aircraft lighting and safety components for the commercial aviation industry. As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll perform precise, hands-on work in a clean, quiet, and highly organized environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on accuracy, consistency, and working with small, detailed components.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and secure electrical and mechanical components with a high level of precision
• Follow detailed work orders, schematics, and production drawings to ensure accurate assembly
• Perform electrical assembly tasks such as soldering and using hand tools
• Handle small parts requiring strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and production guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, work orders, and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, including soldering and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform effectively in a manufacturing or bench assembly environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Aurora, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.50/hr.
