Job Title: Electrical AssemblerOverviewJoin a team producing critical aircraft lighting and safety components for the commercial aviation industry. As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll perform precise, hands-on work in a clean, quiet, and highly organized environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on accuracy, consistency, and working with small, detailed components.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, align, and secure electrical and mechanical components with a high level of precision
- Follow detailed work orders, schematics, and production drawings to ensure accurate assembly
- Perform electrical assembly tasks such as soldering and using hand tools
- Handle small parts requiring strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and production guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, work orders, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, including soldering and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform effectively in a manufacturing or bench assembly environment
- Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to collaborate in a structured manufacturing setting
- Clean, temperature-controlled, and well-organized facility

- Rotating schedule with a mix of 4-day and 5-day workweeks

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Aurora, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.50/hr.
