Vendor & Order Support Coordinator

Minimum 2-month assignment

Hybrid: Tues–Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We’re hiring a Vendor & Order Support Coordinator to help manage customer orders and partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep everything running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer communication, and coordinating across teams. You’ll handle order inquiries, support vendor-related issues, and ensure customers have a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.

  • Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, phone) about orders, shipping, and products
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Manage order updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Investigate delivery issues, missing items, and damaged products
  • Track and document cases using internal systems (CRM/ticketing tools)
  • Escalate complex issues and follow through until resolution
  • Identify patterns and help improve processes
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service and retail experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic systems
  • Experience with order management or ecommerce platforms
  • Experience handling returns, refunds, or vendor coordination

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
