Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado (or eligibility)
- Experience providing OT services in school settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and collaborative special education practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully conduct screenings, assessments, and interventions for a diverse student population
Role Responsibilities:
- Screen and evaluate students to determine need for OT services
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop IEPs
- Design and implement individualized and group therapy sessions
- Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Attend and contribute to meetings, ensuring compliance with special education regulations
- Consult with staff and families to facilitate generalization of skills and provide resources
