This .75 FTE opportunity blends direct and indirect therapeutic services in a vibrant educational setting near Parachute, CO.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado (or eligibility)
  • Experience providing OT services in school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and collaborative special education practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to successfully conduct screenings, assessments, and interventions for a diverse student population

Role Responsibilities:

  • Screen and evaluate students to determine need for OT services
  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop IEPs
  • Design and implement individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, ensuring compliance with special education regulations
  • Consult with staff and families to facilitate generalization of skills and provide resources
