Certified Surgical Technician (CST)

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a high-volume ambulatory surgery center. This role is ideal for a tech who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient OR environment with a focus on efficiency, patient safety, and same-day procedures.

Schedule

• Per Diem
• 7a-5pm

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and anticipating needs
• Ensure proper handling of surgical equipment and supplies
• Perform instrument, sponge, and sharps counts according to policy
• Support turnover between cases to maintain efficient case flow
• Adhere to all infection control and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• 2+ years of OR experience (outpatient/ambulatory preferred)
• Experience in high-volume case settings (ortho, GI, pain, general)
• BLS certification required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
