$70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + Monthly Bonus

What You'll Be Doing

As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture.


Responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily kitchen operations
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Managing food cost, labor cost, inventory, and purchasing
  • Building schedules that support both operational needs and labor goals
  • Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensuring consistent execution and product quality
  • Partnering with restaurant leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef, or BOH leadership experience
  • High-volume full-service restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills
  • Experience managing food cost, labor, scheduling, and inventory
  • Passion for scratch cooking and culinary excellence
  • Proven ability to build and retain strong teams
  • Desire to grow with a successful and expanding organization
