Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and relevant legal guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and tailor interventions to each student’s unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school professionals to ensure student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for families and staff
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on student achievement and well-being
