Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Primarily onsite with one remote day per week (not Mondays)
$65,000 base salary + 10% uncapped commission
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join a private aviation team. This role supports group charter clients across corporate, government, humanitarian, sports, and entertainment sectors. You will manage the full charter lifecycle from initial inquiry through completion, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring a seamless, high-touch client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage charter bookings end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain long-term client and operator relationships
- Develop knowledge of aircraft options and charter processes
- Travel onboard charter flights as needed to support clients
- Monitor live flight activity, including occasional off-hours coverage
- Analyze market trends and structure profitable deals
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Sales experience or strong interest in a sales career
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client engagement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Client-focused mindset with an interest in aviation
- Experience with cold calling or call centers is a plus
- Structured training program with one-on-one mentorship
- Fully paid training in London
- Clear career progression across nine levels (Trainee Broker to Director)
