Assembler

Our client is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and wiring of cable components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble cable wires and cut wires to specifications
• Use tools such as razor blades (post-permanent hire) and crimping machines
• Perform mechanical assembly work with precision and care
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and consistency
• Support team efforts in a low-stress, repetitive task environment

What's Needed?

• Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of tools and assembly processes
• Comfortable taking apart and reassembling items
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Backgrounds that translate well: HVAC technicians, electricians, panel builders, wiring technicians
• Bonus skills include familiarity with CAD Fusion / Autodesk (growth potential)
