Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse eager to make a significant impact in patient care?\n- Join our dynamic healthcare team and play a crucial role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with comprehensive care!\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \n- Plan, implement, and document exceptional nursing care tailored to patients' needs.\n- Identify patient requirements and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.\n- Develop and coordinate individualized patient care plans based on initial and ongoing assessments.\n- Initiate assessments considering patient problems, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.\n- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to improve patient outcomes.\n- Manage care for designated patients effectively.\n- Document care following established standards based on patient acuity and clinical priorities.\n- Advocate for evidence-based practices and support the adoption of innovations in care delivery.\n- Provide patient-centric care embodying a professional nursing practice model.\n- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n \n- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience.\n\nEducation:\n \n- ASN from an accredited school of nursing is required.\n- Preferred: BSN.\n\nCertifications & Licensure:\n \n- Required: \n - BLS - AHA\n - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license\n - NIHSS\n - Telemetry Certification\n - CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours)\n - ACLS Certification\n\nSchedule:\n \n- 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM\n- Every Other Weekend Required\n- Holidays Required\n- No On-Call Requirement\n- Floating Required if Needed\n\nScrub Color: Navy Blue\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):\n \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
