American Traveler is hiring an experienced travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ED experience, prior travel experience, and multiple certifications including TNCC.
Details- Emergency Department (ED) setting in a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule, 4x12-hour shifts (12:00–00:00)
- 6 weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) per 6-week schedule
- 1 on-call shift per 6-week schedule
- 13-week contract
- Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC
- Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
- The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid any substances that could produce a positive result, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
