American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience, with on-call responsibilities and a geriatric patient population.
Details- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend visits
- 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call is required; details to be discussed during the interview
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
- HCHB EMR experience required
- iPad provided for charting and field use
- Active RN license (OK or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience required
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Provide skilled nursing visits and assessments to geriatric home health patients across an assigned territory
- Traveler is expected to be flexible with territory coverage within the 60-mile radius
- Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel rate
- Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted
- Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- All time-off requests must be submitted prior to or at the start of the assignment
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
