• Hourly base starting at $18.00/ hr. and up to $22.00/hr. based upon skills and experience.

About the Role

•\tAssist the Lead Installer in Installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
•\tHelp Setup jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines
•\tHelp with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed.
•\tApply finish work as needed for every construction application.
•\tCommunicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
•\tComplete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
•\tTreat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.

What You 'll Bring:

•\tReplacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience
•\t6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
•\tMust have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
•\tGreat communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
•\tPhysical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
•\tMust provide own hand tools
•\tDOT Health Card
•\tOSHA 10 – Preferred
•\tOSHA 30 - Preferred
•\tLift up to 75LB
