This program offers an established open heart surgery program, extensive EP, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI. $725,000/year plus wRVU-based productivity incentive bonus plan.  1:6 call.  Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm.  $50,000 sign-on bonus.  $150,000 educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable.  6 weeks PTO.  Up to $15,000 relocation assistance.  $150,000 educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable.  2 hours to St. Louis.  Amtrak offers two round trips to Chicago daily.  Local regional airport.
