Physician (MD/DO) – Primary Care
Location: Mansfield, OH, 44905
Duration: 6+ Months (Potential Extension or Permanent Opportunity)
Schedule: Day Shift | Weekdays Only
Hours: Approximately 40 Hours per Week

Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician with experience in Primary Care to provide onsite medical services in a healthcare setting. The physician will deliver comprehensive patient care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
This opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide comprehensive primary care services and medical treatment.
•    Conduct patient evaluations, examinations, and health assessments.
•    Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
•    Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
•    Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans.
•    Document patient encounters accurately within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
•    Coordinate referrals for specialty care when appropriate.
•    Complete medical reviews, assessments, and clinical documentation as required.
•    Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
•    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
•    Deliver patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
•    MD or DO from an accredited medical school
•    Active, unrestricted Ohio Medical License
•    Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
o    Internal Medicine
o    Family Medicine
o    Emergency Medicine
•    Experience providing primary care services
•    Current BLS/CPR Certification
•    Active DEA Registration
•    Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Work Environment
•    Day-shift schedule with flexibility based on operational needs.
•    No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
•    Collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
•    Average patient volume of approximately 2–3 patients per hour.
