Join Our Team as a Radiologic Technologist I!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Exciting Opportunity: Become a vital part of our healthcare team, where your skills and compassion can make a significant impact on patients' lives!\n \n- Diagnostic Radiographic Examinations: \n - Produce high-quality diagnostic images by accurately positioning patients.\n - Utilize immobilization devices and select the proper technical factors based on individual patient needs.\n \n- Safety First: \n - Restrict radiation exposure using cone and collimation devices to protect unaffected areas of the patient.\n \n- Portable X-Ray Expertise: \n - Perform portable x-ray examinations in diverse settings, including patient rooms, operating rooms, and emergency rooms.\n\n- Attention to Detail: \n - Follow operational procedures to correctly identify patients’ films with name and x-ray numbers.\n - Ensure proper marking of films to indicate the side of the patient taken.\n\n- Film Processing: \n - Develop exposed x-ray films using available processing methods to provide timely results.\n\n- Administrative Support: \n - Complete patient requisitions with essential details, maintain organized x-ray rooms, and assist in scheduling appointments.\n \n- Patient Care: \n - Render services and assistance tailored to each patient's needs, helping them during procedures and mobility tasks.\n \n- Physical Capability: \n - Lift a minimum of 5 lbs., push and pull at least 10 lbs., and maintain standing for up to 6 hours daily.\n\n- Patient-Centered Approach: \n - Identify and adapt to the needs of diverse patient populations, ensuring clear communication and care based on age, culture, and other factors.\n \n- Operational Excellence: \n - Adhere to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies to ensure the highest quality of care.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
