Description
As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with complex wound care needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans, provide treatments, and educate patients and families on wound management. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient recovery and quality of life.
