Position Overview

• Join a physician-owned dermatology group with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and work-life balance

• Opportunity to focus on medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
• Need is due to succession planning with current dermatologist

• Established in 2014; physician-owned & operated
• 20+ providers (MDs & DOs) across AL, FL, GA, and MS
• In-house dermatopathology lab for efficient diagnosis
• Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons onsite
• Advanced technology including IG-SRT and full-service medical spa
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible schedule: 4–4.5 day clinical workweek
• Average 40–50 patients per day
• Supported by:
• Dedicated scribes and medical assistants
• 4 APPs (midlevels)
• 10 exam rooms shared across providers
• Strong onsite leadership and operational support

Clinical Responsibilities

• Full spectrum dermatology:
• Medical dermatology
• Surgical dermatology
• Cosmetic services
• Onsite laser & aesthetic center
• Physician-supervised medical spa services

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $350,000 – $450,000
• Production bonus: Collections-based model
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation stipend
• Resident salary advance available
