Join a High-Volume Spine Program with an Established Patient Base

Total Compensation: $500k-$700k

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a growing multidisciplinary musculoskeletal and spine care organization serving patients throughout the New York metropolitan area.

This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who wants immediate access to a strong referral network, a robust clinical support team, and the resources necessary to focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes rather than building a practice from the ground up.

Whether you are an experienced surgeon or a newly fellowship-trained physician seeking your first attending opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Position Highlights

  • No hospital call responsibilities

  • Established referral sources and consistent patient volume
  • Collaborative environment with physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation professionals
  • Opportunity to perform both minimally invasive and complex spine procedures
  • Multi-site practice infrastructure with administrative support
  • Ability to build a busy surgical practice quickly

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat a broad range of spinal disorders affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing both surgical and non-surgical approaches.
  • Perform minimally invasive spine procedures as well as open spinal surgeries when clinically indicated.
  • Manage conditions including spinal stenosis, disc herniation, degenerative spine disease, radiculopathy, scoliosis, spondylolisthesis, myelopathy, and spinal instability.
  • Collaborate closely with interventional pain specialists, physiatrists, primary care providers, and advanced practice clinicians.
  • Participate in outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and surgical planning.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and postoperative recovery.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
  • Fellowship training in Spine Surgery.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
  • Active New York medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Experience with minimally invasive spine techniques.
  • Interest in complex spinal reconstruction and deformity correction.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
