Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Obtain and record initial assessment and establish priorities according to patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
\n
• Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends that require intervention.
\n
• Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care within the established time frame by Nursing Standards of Care.
\n
• Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning.
\n
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs.
\n
• Coordinate team assignments and make adjustments based on patient and unit needs.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
\n
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
\n
• BLS Certification required.
\n
• ACLS Certification required.
\n
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served.
\n
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of patient.
\n
