A leading Community Health Center in San Jose is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative, mission-driven team serving a diverse patient population. Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule

• 36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours weekly

• Outpatient-only practice

• No OB, inpatient, or routine weekend responsibilities

• OCHIN Epic EHR with virtual scribe support

• Collaborative multidisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
