Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care to a diversified patient population.
\n
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Document patient care services in Epic charting system.
\n
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to facility procedures for quality care.
\n
• Float between different units as needed to provide comprehensive care.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current Alaska RN license in hand for immediate offers.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience.
\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
\n
• Strong Epic charting system experience required.
\n
• Able to handle patient ratios of 5:1 across different shifts.
\n
• Willingness to work weekends as per unit needs.
\n
