Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain Indiana medical licensure
• DEA certification (or eligibility)
• Interest in community health and caring for underserved populations
• Obstetrics experience required
