American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience and proficiency in HCHB and OASIS for a day shift, Monday through Friday contract role.
Details- Home health setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x8s, Monday through Friday
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Mileage reimbursed at the government rate
- DPT required
- AHA BLS required
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
- Proficiency in HCHB and OASIS required
- Active, unrestricted PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 2 supervisor references required for consideration — one from the past year and one from within the past two years
- Date of birth and Social Security Number required for consideration
- Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered
- RTO requests exceeding 5 days will result in automatic disqualification
- Candidates must have worked in the home health specialty within the last 3 months
