TRA Director of Nursing

TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Interim Leaders , Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency.

The TRA Interim Director is the department administrator for USPI East Columbus Outpatient Surgery Center . Evaluates nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service. Coordinates patient care with business office, pre-op, and PACU. Observes nursing care and visits patients to ensure that nursing care is carried out as directed and treatment is administered in accordance with physicians’ instructions. Participates in review and revision of the policies and procedures at the Surgery Center.

Minimum Experience
- One year of leadership required in an intra-operative setting.
- Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.

Required Certification/Licensure
- Must be currently licensed to practice profession as required by law in state of practice or policy.
- Must meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported
- American Heart Association - CPR-Basic Life Support
- Other credentialing items which will be specified by your Recruiter.
