About who needs care: History of stroke 2019 with left arm contracture/neglect and left side weakness. History of hypertension and high cholesterol About the care needs: Valid and clean driver's license with reliable transportation. Able to clean and maintain home. Able to cook is a plus but not a requirement. Help with my Dad's activities of daily living.. encourage daily therapy PT/OT recommendations. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
