Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 90s. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Responsibilities include feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We might ask you to run errands now and then.
