About who needs care: She's losing the ability to walk. Needs help with a lot of things: taking her medicine, giving her insulin (she can do the injection herself), going to the bathroom, feeding her dog, etc. I can share more when the time comes. About the care needs: Anyone who is reliable and trustworthy would be great. You don't need specialized skills-- just a kind heart and a love of animals (we have 7). And a lot of patience for my mother! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
